I don't think Johnson's seat is necessarily a bad thing right now.  In the past, when there were warrant reset events, S & L's interests weren't always the same as ours (the retail shareholder). Now they are. I know at the shareholder meeting Pohl stated that Johnson had been instrumental getting us a licensee, or something to that affect. Perhaps someone else remembers better what was said. Anyway, Johnson is an attorney and seems to have some contacts. I don't see that as a bad thing for someone sitting on our board. Others may not like it because they feel it somehow gives  S & L and edge. But I don't see it as detrimental to PTSC or us.
