Respectfully, PTSC is not marginable in any way. You can't use PTSC as collateral for a margin "loan", nor can you buy PTSC on margin via a margin account (regardless of what other securities are held as collateral). This is OTCBB land, with a PPS under $2 - this is cash and carry land (though some variables, e.g., minimum PPS, are up to the brokerage house). BTW, with our current PPS, PTSC would not be marginable by most/all brokerage houses even if we were on the NASDAQ.
