This is also IMO about who flinches first.....As in my case this New car dealership felt that i needed him / that is i was getting some trade in's and that i needed him for my survival..........He felt that i was a dime a dozen...........

           I know who i am and i am not a dime a dozen..........I wanted to settle because he was harmed too.....He too was passed on a bad title......The MGR'S response was that i was the bag holder/which was backed up by his owner.........I said if the tables were turned i would make you whole.............

           Many people /CO's when they are too big for their britches will play the power game..........It is just a blip for them but their ##### get in the way........
