I know I'm just echoing what everyone else has been saying, but there's no doubt in my mind that the J3 pointed Pubpat's nose towards us.
Why didn't they challenge the patents years ago?
It's just way too obvious as to what's going on here. This is all coming to a boil and all of a sudden Pubpat shows up??? Judge Ward should be aware of what's going on here. Pubpat is blatantly trying to interfere with this dispute at the J-3s direction. They should not be able to do this without any repercussions. I'd be curious to know if there are any repercussions or if there is any action that Patriot can take against Pubcat for obviously trying to help out the J-3. Consumer protection my a$$. The licensing fees are a drop in the bucket to these companies and would not effect the consumer.
I actually wouldn't let this happen if I were on the J-3s legal team. It looks way too underhanded and contrived. It makes it look like they need all the help they can get and can't fight the patents on their own.
