I think you are right, patientman as judges have probably seen it all and are quick to remind either side when he perceives them to be stepping across the line.  Especially true when it is seen as disparaging a person or corproations reputation and integrity. 

No wonder there is a fresh call for an injunction from Patriot.  A good move on our side.
