I agree with what everyone has said in their responses with the exception of:

"PTSC is an unknown little penny stock that owns a few awesome patents."

I work in the financial services industry and I'm truly amazed at how many people know about this stock/company.  I've also met many IT people who know about it.  However, many believe that it's much too risky of an investment.  I have a few friends who got out this past Summer when they didn't see much of a price change when SONY and Nikon signed on. 

I think there are many eyes on this stock waiting for  more solid justification to jump in.

Very good point that TPL probably saw this coming a mile away.  Looking forward to read what Ron has from a legal standpoint.
