IMHO, ARM is behind PubPat act. They're throwing them into the mix. It's all just smoke screen and a desperation move by J3/ARM. I don't buy into this for one bit. If they were holding onto a wining hand in terms of prior art, why wait until this point?. Time is runing and sense of desperation is setting in. Time will tell.
