If what the J3A have submitted for Discovery is the same as the Pubpat claims, the answer is obvious... problem is we (retail) probably won't get access to that J3A discovery inorder to know.. but TT&C know for sure. Now, if J3A file for permission to submit more Disc.. then we all know. If Pubpat is J3A, then the timing of the PR release was intentional.. after the deadline for Discovery submission (Jan 18), but before the Discovery Claim Const Hearing Feb 23... Why? Hoping for continuence & delay? By waiting so long they push the envelope of pushing J Wards buttons...
