I believe the J3 were accused of infringing all the patents, but the J3/ARM only came back with a statement addressing the '584. Corrections welcome.

Also, I posted yesterday about IF the Judge followed through with an injunction, a settlement may immediately follow. But in rethinking, the motion re: injunction also specified/requested a judgement for past infringement (in an amount determined by the Court) as well as all legal costs. IF (again, a big IF) the Judge follows through with the entire motion, the J3/ARM will be paying the piper (us) in a big way, and the only thing left to settle on is a license for future infringement. Would be sweet. Is it possible? The timeline may move way up, and not pushed out.

Speculation.....
