Very interesting price action. Been very predictable. Nothing is raising our boat. My 2 cents.....BOD. We buy back some shares and then re-issue the shares back to the BOD. Pohl talks of diversifying and it is the same old tired pr lines with no meat. Was Holocom our acquisition that immediately folded after we loaned them cash? Where was the follow up PR? PTSC sharehholder was left in the dark. Investors have nothing to sink their teeth into with this company. All financials are burried in quarterly's so their is no momentum built upon a signing. The BOD has yet to do anything with the company other than issue weak PR stating what the market and investors would like to hear but their is simply no follow thru or execution. This has been the pattern since the sharehholder meeting. Replace the BOD with people who are not tied to the debt financer. I have a hard time buying the theory that it is all S&L selling into news.......there really is not enough volume to support this idea (IMO). Good news, profits, and a weak share price......its over due time to start pointing the finger at the folks who are running the show. These folks have never written a check and purchased a share on the open market. why? the bod has no track history of doing anything other than appease S&L. something is wrong and i strongly believe we need a new group to move the company out of penny land.
