-by seeking and evaluating opportunites...

-to add to and diversify our revenue stream...

-by acquiring other companies and technologies...

-entering into joint ventures...

-developing and marketing new proprietary products or technologies...

-OR a combination of any of those alternatives...

I think this company knows that it will have a minor shareholders revolt if something doesn't break soon.  Certainly they wouldn't be talking about a shareholder's meeting if they thought you'd all show up ready to rumble. 

He also probably would not have stated alllllll of the above if he wasn't willing to finally deliver a true and well deserved update but it is also apparent that they wanted this flock of ducks all in a row when they release this info.

I can't say but it strikes the chord of a subtle alert to all of us that there is much to report and to stand by.  He's the coach on the field and the game is already at the half.  I guess we'll see soon enough just what is up and what our game plan is.
