With due respect, I disagree with most of what you say...

During the 90's, thanks to Mr. Clinton, and  his "FREE TRADE" supporters, (and I am a Democrat and supported Billy),  this country managed to outsource most of the production jobs in this country that were the backbone of the middle class to overseas...

Soon thereafter, corporate America moved their plants to china and India in the name of cheep labor, and began outsoursinng the middle management jobs in the name of the God of profit...

It would be a great mistake indeed if those occupying the seats of Congress get enamoured with the myopic views of the likes of Mr. Ravischar and begin relaxing the Patent laws to outsource the intellectual wealth of this nation to the highest bidder also....

I beleive thus far the Court decisions in patent law show clearly that Courts shall not be a party the to relaxing the laws to make it easier for infringers to steal the intellectual wealth of this nation. The only area the Courts are currently struggling with is to make sure the damages awarded are justified...

Nor do I beleive Nancy Pelosi's Congress will rush to change  paptent laws to make it easier for infiringers to steal the intellectual wealth of this nation...
