Weak PR

I spoke with Ken at Hawk a few weeks ago about the weak PR for this company. He said the reason for the lack of PR was that Patriot doesn't want to be viewed as a P&D.
I think we're millions of miles away from being considered a P&D at this point. I didn't buy his answer.
