Well, I like the idea of ARM merging with a merged TPL/PTSC, that's a new twist and makes some sense. Doubt it will happen, but you never know. I also agree that S&L have been paid 1000 times over for their support of PTSC over the years.... and it's way past time they let investors share in the riches through a higher pps. The divis are nice, but if the company expects to grow in any way they should be banking the money or investing it in R&D etc. Since I hold a fair amout of shares, I like the divis, but for those who do not it makes little sense and I certainly wouldn't mind them stopping the practice if it is to grow the company. I guess the problem with S&L is they have to sell shares in order to convert warrants... they don't seem to want to own more than 9.99% between them. So that is our dilemma I believe. When it stops, nobody knows but it will, and should... THE SOONER THE BETTER.
