One reason to consider, and I am really not sure if it matters, is the date ARM was notified and brought into the frey. If my memory serves me, ARM was notified July 2006, and intervened August 2006. Where I am going with this is that as I have often speculated (could be 100% wrong on this one) is that the remaining companies are in Texas fighting over the '584, and settling on the '336 & '148. The USPTO review requests for the '336 & '148 could be a negotiations ploy for settlement for products using the '336 & '148, with the request for the review for the '584 possibly being used as a reason for the stay (if requested) since ARM has only been in Texas for a few months. Pure speculation on my part, not an attorney, and my hypothesis could be a piece of.........swiss cheese. Good Luck To All Longs
