Interesting thoughts, but I don't see ARM entering the fray in August as a real factor. They were probably notified by TPL a long time ago, and undoubted had heard from their customers who had been notified. It seems even they could have petitioned the USPTO for a review long ago. And it is interesting to note that, if I've got it right, ARM is the one entity that never filed a petition to the USPTO; only other remaining defendants and PubPat. And that prompts other questions - all involving strategy it would seem.
I fear I'm getting too involved in trying to figure strategies with visibility of only a couple of cards out of the deck (again! LOL). These things (timing especially) are just mind-boggling - but not necessarily worrisome in any way.
Let's hope the next few weeks are as interesting (happily) as we wish.
I obviously KNOW nuttin'!
