Ron:

Respectfully, I have to disagree.

Today, as I stated, PTSC is a speculative penny stock....I think everyone would agree on this ponit. After the Markman results (yes, I know the ruling will not likely be that day as I've actually been party to a patent lawsuit in that same court in Marshall) PTSC will either regroup after licking their wounds and create a new biz model (and appeal) with the considerable cash on hand or be quite excited about their future revenues after a big win.

However, being excited about something does not move mountains on Wall Street. The stock may run again, but there will be plenty of time for long term investors to buy the stock -- especially based on the most recent two year trading pattern. You probably know that many commercial and institutional investors have limits on the stocks they can purchase and a $3 to $5 minimum pps is common. Should these buyers be involved, things really get interesting, IMO.

As for the need for PR, we can agree to disagree. If it were my money and / or company, I would not spend a dime until I know what my business was going to be to say the least about the ten of millions of warrants which need to be converted for the stock to run very far. There will be plenty of time for press and to crow should PTSC win...and there will be plenty of better PR partners should our current stable truely be lame when asked to perform.

If PTSC doesn't win the Markman, what would the PR campaign have achieved?

Just my $0.02 and worth the price paid,

John
