It may have been my earlier message that initiated the disgust with the repeated late filings by PTSC. Everyone else just chimed in with their feelings. (And there are many) We as investors in this company, are only asking for the respect any investor should expect from any legitiment company. I don't buy the excuse this is only a BB investment. I think we are beyond that. The management and board has responsibilities to shareholders. We helped finance them too. Are we making more of the situation than we need to? Maybe? However, many shareholders here, have tied up their money in this company for a long time and we would just like to see things done on the up and up and with some integrity on behalf of management. Has management done some things wrong? Yes. Have they done some things right? Yes? Could they do some things better than they have? Many of us think so.
My earlier post.
It is this crap that irritates me about PTSC. They knew they weren't going to meet the deadline - they could have let us know before now. Give out the numbers for the quarter to shareholders in news release and file the papers when they can.
Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? |
