Cigar, I too have been asked to leave Agora by Ron. I was concerned about this statement from Despain: In determining the meaning of the claims, I relied on the patents themselves, their file histories, the prior art cited in the patents, and the ordinary meaning of the claim terms at the time of the effective filing date of the patent applications. You see, he relied on prior art cited in the patents and the PTO is saying they found evidence of prior art that was not cited in patents. But that’s not my purpose tonight. I wanted to tell Ron that I, for now, am going to respect his request for me to leave the board. I feel a great amount of gratitude for this board. There was time it was more supportive and open to discussion. Good people and I feel I have shared something very special. I want to leave a thought to ponder. Many of us purchased PTSC because of the Ignite technology. We drooled at the benchmark tests. We were going to sell a bunch of Ignite chips. Yet, when we finally get in position to have the money to properly develop the Ignite, we give it as dividends. The empty promises years ago of an agreement with a Chinese company to develop smart cards, the late financial statements, any unmet promise weighs very heavily against our credibility and integrity more so than most because of our past. Too bad there isn’t more discussion in earnest for investors to develop their balance comfortable to them for risk mitigation and profit potential. Ron, you said you sold around 2 bucks (reduces risk) and then bought back recently (increase profit potential_). Some of you have said that Markman will determine our fate, home run or out game over. The company is betting everything on Markman instead of developing the Ignite. It has always been about integrity and trust. Brian came back to voice his opinion, urging trust in Pohls integrity. I wonder if this is like getting voted off of survivor. You made some friends but the alliance no longer wants you around. I liked more discussion and less good old boy bantering amongst the click and flirting with Greeneyes. Never was part of a frat. Thanks to all.
