A few thoughts...

I know what Ron's answer to that question would be.

I know why Brian excepted the role as he did.. thank you Brian

As for the letter... I don't see it as a 'throw them all off the BOD!!' that is what a few here were shouting when the original idea was put in motion... and that actually was one reason why I myself was slow to respond. I see it as a little eye opener to the BOD, as a Do Not Forget About Us..... that can't hurt.
