Not in any way hoping for fluff or boilerplate releases, but it is customary for companies to release a PR commenting on quarterly/yearly earnings. This would NOT, in my opinion, be the sort of thing that would prompt "massive dumping" by large shareholders, unless, of course, the release contained previously hitherto unknown information that would prompt such large shareholders to do so.
This is customary. This is professional. This is expected. For ANY publicly traded company.
So -- Hawk/Hoffman -- you have 15 minutes to deliver. And when you do, please make sure Dutton has CORRECT figures. Thank you very much.
