I would forward that TPL hires 'techies' as employees, not as board members. You need business people on the board, not just 'techies'; maybe not 'techies' at all.

This looks like a pre-Markman shake to me; but then again I could be wrong yet again. If you have faith in the MMP portfolio, not to worry.
