He was a demanding leader, tremendous motivator, and also a great humanitarian (most might not know that).  Back when coaches did not make that much money he always gave back speaking money, and if you invited him to a dinner to give a talk he paid for his ticket just like the next guy.  Tressel is a lot like Woody, and beating Michigan with regularity is revered in Ohio more than the Browns beating the Steelers.
