You've hit on something I've been suggesting lately with your puppet analogy.
Peronally, I have no problem with PTSC being the puppet as long as the puppet master knows what he's doing. We actually have two puppet masters in play.
TPL is one, and I'm confident they know what they're doing, and I'm further confident that their actions are far more to our benefit than to our detriment. Common objectives. Squeeze these patents for all their worth in a well-planned, controlled fashion.
S&L is the other, and I'm fairly confident that they know what they are doing. So far, or until recently, it appears as though they have been squeezing PTSC for all it's worth. But I'm fairly certain that as soon as the warrants are gone, they'll be just like us - mere shareholders (albeit with much greater visibility and control). So our objectives should become more closely aligned. Any squeeze they make will be for PPS appreciation, benefitting all of us. The nice thing,as I see it, is that they are actively moving toward this alignment. This thing is coming together, and the timing MAY be near perfect.
Finally, I must reiterate that the Holocom deal is working out beautifully. Does everyone recognize how amazing it is that Holocom may be in the black real soon, after only 10 weeks? Phenomonal!
I think I KNOW all of this!
