You're right, I never did answer you re: Johnson (S&L guy) being our one rep on the PDS board, and how he got there.  Actually, I think my answer may be self-evident based on my recent posts.  To clarify, I have no problem with it.  Falk Jr. wasn't a good choice, Pohl should be directing all his attention on PTSC, Carolyn - possible choice; but among the choices, Johnson is probably best.  Good fit, I would think.  And I sure wouldn't want PTSC to hire someone simply to fill this role.  And, if they did, wouldn't that person's selection and objectives be equivalent to Johnson's?  My only possible beef here is that it seems we should have equivalent representation to TPL. But when you look at the PTSC/TPL arrangement, even that minor beef has little weight.

Hope this isn't a surprise.....and may go to show (yet again) that I KNOW nuttin'!
