Exactly why he's not the guy we need there...

His strengths are in Technical/Marketing/Consulting

Put him in as a CEO, you take him out of his element, kissing Swartz butt, dealing with non-tecchie issues, getting hammered on the phone by hi-rolling shareholders (lol), etc...

Then where's your technical officer?
