Here is a list of Ron questions I know that some have been answered and some have not could anyone that was there comment on each one specifically. Thank you.

First, I have seen the Pohl news. I am glad he is staying on as chairman of the BoD. Issues from the SH letter are as follows.

1) Inverse relationship between share price and company financial condition since early 2006.

2) Increase in warrants/options to officers/BoD despite poor stock performance. Consideration of restrictions of same until stock price in line with reasonable expectation.

3) Appointment of Carl Johnson to Phoenix Digital BoD in 2006 w/o knowledge of shareholders until 2007.

4) Everyone affiliated w/ PTSC makes money EXCEPT the retail shareholders.

5) Does PTSC agree that S/L warrant conversion has hindered share price? If "no", what has? If "yes", what has been/will be done about it?

6) Propriety of relationship between Pohl/Swartz/Johnson in view of the above.

7) PTO status of wireless charging patent.

8) Status of Ignite/Inflame.

9) Status of business relationships in China.

10) Real purpose behind Holocom deal, and how quickly accretive.

11) Immediate plans for acquisition/joint venture.

12) Why SEC filings routinely filed late.
