Was any information provided about percentage rates across tiers? ie 1st tier is x% and 2nd tier is y% and so on.
I think its a very positive sign that TPL played a big role in the SHM since the pps of PTSC does not directly affect them (unless they own a lot of shares). However I wish that Pohl had said something about valuation since that could determine whether PTSC is a 2-3 $ stock vs a 10-20 $ stock. Obviously the market does not respect duttons valuation techniques. Hopefully in the letter coming out in two weeks.
