Why doesn't TPL and PTSC merge....

I thought about standing up and asking this at the SHM but the meeting was running so late and many people had questions. Even Brian, who recieved excellent favorable recognition during the course of the meeting only got a single question in.

A merger would accomplish a couple things, first and foremost to me as a shareholder, it would effectively double the value of the company by virtue of all proceeds from licensing agreements would come under one roof. Second, it would accomplish a thought many of us here have wanted and that would be a shake up of the board or at least some high powered additions, that being one or both of the Leckrones.

We would still name a new CEO, maybey Leckrone senior? In case you can't tell by my writings I have a new respect for the TPL Group. This was the first time meeting/hearing personally what they are about and who they are for me and it really hit home who is TRUELY fueling OUR company.

I came away feeling very confident from the shareholders meeting but as usual always room for improvement.

Just a few thoughts for now, can't wait to get the Claims Construction Hearing behind us!

I think such a move would show extreme confidence in the porfolio going forward and portray a united front to infringers
