I'm not sure if your post was intended to be directed at my post, or at others or "cumulative". I was more responding to someone's comment about "worry". I find the current situation much less worrisome when looking from the perspective of my post (assuming my assumptions are correct).

I totally agree that the written words of the parties' filings carry the bulk of the weight. Where the Judge sought clarification and Cook was perceived to have fumbled, IMO he did the right thing in suggesting a better response to the Judge's query would be provided. That was definitely the right thing to do, and I would expect that our written clarifying input will be strong and complete.

I was more suggesting that major "worry" shouldn't come from how some perceive the Markman went. And actually the perceptions posted are quite promising in our favor, IMO. Cautious Optimism is certainly appropriate, but this is something nobody should lose any sleep over, IMO.
