Your post, IMO, sums up what has been discussed on this board for the past 48 hours. One guy thinks a woman is hot, one guy doesn't. One guy thinks a judge was on our side, one guy doesn't. It all comes down to the guy making the decission. The guy with the blond thinks she is hot, so she is, and he is happy. That is all that matters. All we can hope is that the judge thinks PTSC is a hot blond, brunette, red head, whatever....as long as he likes what he sees, we are golden. It doesn't matter what the rest of us think, including any of us who attended the Markman, because none of us have a say in the judges ruling. Every one is getting all worked up over something they didn't even attend. At this point in the relationship, you either believe you got a keeper, or you don't and you move on.
