Anyone who was at the SHM can correct me if I'm wrong but it sounded like Swartz just about admitted that he's been selling heavily after converting his warrants. He stated that he's trying to sell without disrupting the SP too much. He also stated that it is his rigth to sell any way he wants and he could take the SP all the way down to the teens if he wanted to.
The last 10Q revealed that Swartz converted quite a few warrants and sold off many millions of shares. This of course would effect the SP - hense our .50 cent SP.
I think the MMs have much better stocks to play with than this one. They only make a lot of money with wild swinging stocks.
I'm sticking with the S&L theory. If Patriot wants wants to engage in a merger or be acquired, Patriot must get rid of all the warrants ASAP and that will have a negative effect on the share price.
