Forgive me, but how could Swartz be accumulating shares...he has to <i>sell</i> shares in order to convert warrants and stay under the 5% rule, so how and why on earth would he be <i>buying</i> shares?  Makes no sense, but then again I'm not the brightest bulb in the box.
