one more thought... there is nothing that says Swartz would have to convert/sell/buy all the warrants/shares.. perhaps only a certain %....  50% or 35%... letting the remainder be sucked up by retail and those companies who have purchased MMPs or plan on doing so

and I do not believe in the' taking us private' senarios.. not when the publicly mentioned (ASM) how well longs should eventually do...
