Any one can speculate as to what went on bewteen PTSC and the company with 200+ Patents which caused the breakdown in merger talks...

Pohl was very animated when talking about company plans for growth through acqisitions...

When he talked about the comapny with 200+ Patents, with whom they were in talk for merger that broke down because they could not agree as to which one was "Worth more", his body language was clear that the call back from them was an admission that they wanted to restart the talks because they had come around to PTSC's position considering the recent developments...

At least that is what I got from that comment...
