Good point re: PDS. Thank you. But I didn't mean "buy out Alliacense (PDS)", but that would be a result (i.e., the need for that entity would evaporate). PDS does not own the patents. Nor does Alliacense. So the deal would have to directly involve PTSC and TPL, the patent owners. The way I see it, the best and easiest way to do this would be through an exclusive license. It's probably not going to happen, but I'm suggesting that this would be the logical way for an entity to capture the MMP as opposed to covertly accumulating stock in PTSC. This all part of my questioning "where's the threat?" if there were an accumulator.
