Your words strike home...  I announced the birth of my first, a boy, here over 5 yrs ago....  5 yrs already.  He, I and my 21 monther spent all of today at the Point Defiance Zoo.. boys day out...  I am squeezing my fingers together.. trying to retain as much of that 'time' in my cupped hands as possible, for as long as possible.  Cherish everything.. because as we see, nothing can be taken for granted.
