I did not attend the SHM but the level of optimism reported by those attended doesn't seem to match the reality of our situation - at least from the outside looking in. I'm not saying we're doomed, I think it's just an "anything can happen type of situation we're in."
Most everyone's opinion here seems to be "it's all riding on the Markman". However, this didn't seem to be the sentiment expressed by Pohl and Company at the SHM. They seemed to convey that the Markman wasn't all that important to them. (Granted - this is my opinion from secondhand info.)
Is it possible Patriot has some type of undisclosed deal in the works that they know will lift us from the ashes???
It just doesn't make all that much sense to act so confident followed by a somewhat lack luster perfromance at the Markman. What am I missing?
