Did Pohl state the company would be "fine" w/o a favorable Markman? That is what I was getting at. We seem to think a favorable Markman is almost everything - Pohl does not(?) He may be justified in thinking this way if he knows of a deal coming that would make the Markman somewhat irrelevant.
