Nice to see you posting, even if it was in defense of yourself and to set the record straight.  That being said, all longs would sure like your take on what you thing might be  going on.  I know you've signed an NDA with the company, but even "theoretical" enlightenment might help matters at this difficult time.  Perhaps your  thoughts on the Markman would suffice?
