First Post of the day. Really, its 12:15. No posts yesterday. Thank you everyone for the excellent posts.

The concern over the falling price continues. I look to the near future and the past.

1.New Beginning June 2005. Absolutely Superior step by David Pohl and Board to change direction about two years ago. Shareholders at that time, made out like bandits.

2. Building up the balance sheet over the past 2 years.

3. Hollocom.

4.New Beginning in June,2007. It must be a positive change in the future direction of the company.

5. Future licences until 2015 if MMP continues to be exceptional intellectual property in not only past but future products?

6. Millions available to be spent on the development of the corporation. This for me is tangible and should be the basis for the new foundation. I hope Mr. Turley(technology) and Mr. Pohl (legal) are helping develop the next strategic plan.

7. A strategic plan outlining where we are headed and how we are going to get there will be the responsibility of the new CEO with significant input from the board. Hopefully, all this will be clearly defined on our web site.

Judgement days appear to be the entire month of June. People will accidentally bring up things like Cramer's demise ( not necessarily important to us, per se)concerning our stock. Their seems to be many level heads on this board that stop panic from arising and that check and double check. Bravo to you folks! I think it is really important to keep our eye on the ball and focus not only on the Markman (which is all that there is to talk about today) but also where is our company headed for.

The company should continue to provide appropriate feedback. Right now, at this moment, we are in the waiting game. On June 5th that changes as we are going to be paying a new CEO to move this company forward. I hope he or she is ready to provide the dynamism that are board should demand. Good night.
