Have been trying to understand the significance of 'Varying Together' Limitations. If I understand it correctly Defendants want to construe a 1 to 1 relationship, while we want to contrue a directional relationship only.

If that is correct, then my assumption is that plaintiffs construction would include a one to one relationships as long as in the same direction. (perhaps the reason for judge Ward asking about VT Limitations) I further assume that if construded as a 1 to 1 relationship, then the 336 is quite probably dead based on prior art, as any significance to system clock being on chip is essentially wiped out.
