I can't figure the significance of the question, ie.e., either it's insignificant OR I'm just too ignorant to understand the pertinence.  It's probably the latter.  The only thing I can come up with is that maybe the size of the substrate "top area" may influence the actual prozimity of the CPU and the clock (same environment?).

Obviously, I KNOW nuttin'!
