Thanks. At least I know my memory isn't as bad as I thought. I believe it would cost less to download from Pacer, that is if it is ever made available, because I believe Pacer has a limit on the # of pages you get billed for. I say this because I have downloaded documents in the past that exceeded 100 pages, and Pacer only billed for I think 30 pages? But I agree with you, I am not sure what can be accomplished by analyzing the transcripts since the rulling should be soon. Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs!
