I would hestitate to go to the hassle of getting the transcript and then expending (how much?) time analyzing it when the Judge's decision could come tomorrow.  You suggest it will come the 15th (?), and others have given their GUESSES. But they are just WAGs.  I personnally suspect it will come sooner, not later.

To be clear, the decision could come at any moment now.  And with each day that passes, the likelihood of it coming the next day increases.
