Did we ever get a response to Ron's letter?

Sorry if this has already been addressed, but I think we should have received a response to Ron's letter by now - if we haven't already. 

(Yes - my name and shares were listed on the letter.)

It seems as though Patriot is also in "waiting mode" and would have plenty of time to draft a response to the letter.
