As I recall, there was a mention at the SHM of a letter Ron delivered to Phol. I recall it being a sort of  "a thanks for the letter" mention and saying they hoped that issues in the letter were covered during the presentation. I thought that many of the easy questions were covered, but not all the questions. Maybe others can offer more recollections.
