Thanks, ease. I have closed my browser several times, cleared out all temporary files, cookies and history, and totally disconnected our internet service. Scottrade is working on the problem and promises to call me back. My son is in a stock related chat room, and others there are having the same problem. I believe it's related to Scottrade's servers, but if anyone has any suggestion as to how to clear up this problem, I would appreciate your advice. TIA. Ramiboo.
