SGE, this news is so positive and for tpl to state what they have stated speaks loudly that we have a strong position for a win in the courts. i am confused as to why the follow thru on the upside is not happening. this is not IMO retail dumping shares....there is just too much upside potential. so who is selling? why would s&l unload now? why would they not let some momentum build in the stock before hammering the price? would it not be wise for s&l to wait a bit and sell once some momentum has been achieved. i am not so sure this is s&l or greed on their part. if s&l is selling now then they dont understand what they are doing to the momentum of the stock. is it possible the mm's have built a huge position and are manipulating the price? but why? would they also not benefit from a higher stock price with some momentum. i am baffled that we are not trading higher. this stock is so undervalued.
dutton is clueless. the reports they have issued on the company reflect nothing of the companies potential. it is like they punched some numbers into stock screening software and published the results with no research. dutton is a waste of money.
big question is who is selling and why?
