If they can convince mutuals that this is a no brainer, and there is no risk in this stock for the time being OTC BB... then 100s of millions of shares could be removed from the float, thus allowing this stock to act like it has only say 200 mil OS, allowing the neccessary increase in pps to qualify for a big board...
